We have given up requiring a contract for kitten sales.  We do meet all of the people who buy our kittens.  We require agreement that the kittens will be indoors only, as there is a high risk of disease and death for outdoor cats.  We will take any of our kittens back, if you find that you do not want them or cannot deal with them. 

Kittens are sold as family pets, and are expected to be nutered when appropriate.  Kittens may be sold with Breeding Rights, with agreements.  You should know that kittens sold without breeding rights cannot have any of their offspring regisgtered, should they have kittens.  This is the policy of all of the registration agencies.
